About the role
Role: JR SYSTEM ADMIN Location: Miami, FL – need to work onsite from day one Duration: 6 + Months Visas: UGC, GC Must Haves: Microsoft MCSE Experience upgrading Microsoft SQL VMware experience Cisco experience Roles and Responsibilities: Work with users to resolve issues Collaborate with the team to implement well-architected solutions. Provide architectural and tactical solutions for updating servers and infrastructure. Perform day to day operations and maintenance of systems, including but not limited to backup, recovery and resolving complex technical problems. Design, build and maintain virtual machines, SQL environments, site recovery and backup solutions. Manage and administer O365 and Teams environment, Identity and integrate with newer tools and security solutions. Maximize automation and reduce manual involvement, monitors and analyses systems performance and takes corrective actions, documents processes and create SOP’s. Improve our environment by integrating new technology, optimizing the current environment and enhancing security. Experience managing infrastructure utilizing PowerShell or the CLI. Participate in projects, propose technical solutions and manage deliverables independently. Stays current on cloud offerings.
