About the role
Role: Lead Data Engineer
Location: 100%Remote Duration: Contract to hire Project Details: This data engineering team is currently working on a large integration project as they were recently acquired by another large healthcare company. There are some knowledge/skill gaps they are looking to fill with a lead engineer who can do hands on technical work in addition to leadership responsibilities.
High Level Duties: Design data pipelines Error handling/tracking Data file exchange and production Lead Responsibilities: Mentoring, code reviews, enforce coding standards
Tech Requirements: Python/PySpark Databricks Cloud experience - using AWS, but open to Azure
Nice to Have: Ascend.io Kafka Connect
