Role:lead/Senior java developer

CLIENT – US BANK LOCATION – RELOCATION TO MN (HYBRID) Job description Team/Project Customer Experience team. Works with different channels in the bank to gather feedback from these groups, bank, atm interactions, etc. They channel the information, sample the data and decide which group needs this information and specific feedback. They are getting new requirements within the bank. Spreading to multiple different channels. There is a limit to the current team structure. They can't have people work on all the channels as each channel has a different expectation. There is a framework built that can handle multiple similar requests to help with the workload.

For the lead, we want someone that can take the lead on small projects. Directly work with line of business and teams to deliver on expectations. They want this person to lead multiple different channels. Some time there are enhancements to these channels.

Looking for a more backend focused developer. For the Lead candidate - willing to work on front-end vs back-end. Lead expectation is 20% front-end, 30-40% backend, rest is team coordination. For Senior – 100% hands on keyboard. Developing against user stories.

For the senior role. Same as lead role but lead will put together approach/design. Senior will be just handling the user stories and developing against that.

Technical Stack. • HTML/CSS front-end. • Java 8 • Springboot • MongoDB • Lead experience for lead is required. • Strong Unit Testing. Less support from the testing team. • Moving to Azure (at least a familiarity). Any cloud migration experience is a biggest plus. Moving from on-prem. The more cloud, the better. Preliminary knowledge is fine. • Masters is preferred.
