You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Angular is required. Advanced proficiency in React.js is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Next.js, Java EE Development is suggested. Develop innovative application features that enhance user experience and meet client needs. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.
