About the role
Role: Lead .net developer Location: 100%remote Duration: 6+Months interview Process = 1 Tech Assessment, 1 Team interview* Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in software development and engineering. o Must Have: AWS or Azure Cloud Experience (preferably AWS – EC2, Cloudformation, S3, IAM), .NET Core. C#, REST APIs, and Angular or React (Angular preferred) Nice to Have: AWS IoT Core, AWS Greengrass, Understanding of AWS SageMaker (not to create models, but to consume the data) Desired/Will Learn: AWS Analytics, AWS Pipeline, Operational Excellence Pillar • 2+ years of experience leading software development teams and projects end-to-end. • Experience directly managing software developers or other technical professionals preferred • Broad experience driving agile software development, preferably including agile coaching or training. • Demonstrated expertise in best practices for software development, and the ability to evolve those practices according to technology and business trends. • Positive relationship builder able to navigate through complex situations to ensure the most robust and pragmatic solution. • Strong analytical skills and the aptitude to quickly identify gaps and risks. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to engineering and business partners. • Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members. • BA/BS required, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields (applicable education and experience may be substituted).
