Experience in writing complex processes/Webservices/REST Services in TIBCO Business Works. Strong understanding of XSD, XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, WebService, SOAP and REST. Understanding current Integration Trends and Techniques Demonstrable detailed understanding of design principles and methods, technology and standards. Interact with business users and Business Analysts to understand the requirements and create design documents. Behavioral Skills: They will be doing some of the design work (10-20%) , and coding of features (50-60%) (20-25%) will be coordinating with offshore scrum team. Are there any tech issues, making sure code is being pushed and quality checked? Hours: the person in this role can decide if they want morning or night, but would probably be 2-3 hours of working with the offshore teams in off hours per week. They can help train on the offshore coordination piece as the dev experience is more important This role would be coordinating about 5 or 6 people, but will also be hands-on in the code, design themselves as well.
