About the role
Role: Linux Admin Location:Billerica,MA-must be local to the MA area, as they will be going onsite 2x a week. Must Haves • 5+ years of Linux Administration experience (They have to know system control, file permissions, monitoring solutions, package managers, what does a kron do) • Strong experience with Bash scripting • Excellent debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills. Job Description: Position Description: The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting and administering various areas of our IT infrastructure. • Maintain VM and Docker images for application services at deployment sites. • Collaborate with development teams to identify needs for deploying and configuring applications. • Support mission-critical systems/services and communicate to responsible parties. • Participate in an off-hours on-call support rotation.
