About the role
Role:Linux Administrator/Linux System Admin Location:remote Duration:6+ months Must Haves: RHEL Hands on automation skills (Ansible/Ansible Tower preferred) Scripting/coding Linux/Unix Configuration DisasterRecovery Peerformance monitoring Tuning Job Description: 7+ years of experience supporting Red Hat Linux (6/7/8) and AIX In-depth knowledge and skill in OS in general and in UNIX in particular Strong automation skills – design, code, test, and implement shell scripts, python, Ansible Tower automation Strong experience in Linux/UNIX System Administration, troubleshooting, configuration, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring and tuning Solid troubleshooting skills to triage with different technology partners Strong communication skills - audience centric and adjustment to different audience level Understanding incident/change management process Understand TCP/IO and ability to troubleshoot latency issue On-call rotation for weekend participation is a must Nice to Have: Experience of supporting File Transfer technologies such as IBM Connect: Direct RedHat Cluster Services Certification Thanks & Regards, PremTarun P IT-Recruiter Staffing | Thoughtwave Software and Solutions Desk: 6306182581 | Email:tarun@thoughtwavesoft.com
