LMS Business Analyst

Role:LMS Business Analyst Location:100% remote Duration:6 months + (extension and conversion contingent upon performance) Must Haves: 5+ years of experience LMS Reporting HR process knowledge Communication Skills Analytical skills Job Description: As a LMS Business Analyst you will need to have experience in SAP (EC) payroll. The main objective of this job is to support the development the Operations/Business and IT functional roadmap by partnering with the business (process owners within HR) in order to deliver simple and efficient to use business processes and systems. You will be the linking pin between business and IT. Will join the team in their continuing Global transformation from legacy systems to LMS, including SAP’s Cloud Payroll solution ECP. Your activities: Serve as technical expert for LMS (i.e. EC, Talent, Goals and Performance, LMS, SAP’s Cloud Payroll solution ECP) -- Engaging with LMS Community, Rising, and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future LMS capabilities Experience with LMS doing Connectors, File formats, Reports, Configuring interfaces, troubleshooting, etc. Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily Contribute to the strategic roadmap for global IT initiatives -- Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support for organizational strategic objectives, leveraging LMS functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes. Drive adoption, optimization and transformation - Ensure we are fully leveraging SuccessFactors to meet strategic business and talent needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience.
