Job Description:
- Logical Position’s ability to track our account has been severely impacted. While at this time they are able to track revenue, the user and session tracking is still inaccurate.
- ALL customers are able to choose Will Call for the Santa Fe Springs and Franklin Park facilities as opposed to this option being locked to customers from the immediate region. As some customers will choose will call in an attempt to avoid shipping fees, this creates a fulfillment disruption for the facilities.
- Guest customers are randomly not able to check out. ADDRESS ERROR VALIDATION -> MORE ERRORS IN THE LOG FILE.
- Customers with accounts have received “Your Account Has Been Temporarily Disabled” error messages but sometimes the email needed to reset the password never arrives. The Garvin team is still receiving calls for help from customers trying to access their account. ALLEGRO TO INVESTIGATE EMAIL SETTINGS
- Collection # not appearing for customers
