About the role
Job Title: Mainframe Architect Location: Remote Report To Required Skills IMS/SL1,MVC,IBM Mainframe,CICS,DB2 Description: Responsible for overall integrity of portfolio analysis and ensures integrity of analysis. Will lead the inventory of the mainframe objects (including all data, applications and other software) and identification of any additional objects not already inventoried as part of the client decommissioning work. The mainframe architect will also be the lead analyst for guiding the linkage of the objects to applications, performing the dependency analysis, and validating the decommissioning sequence. Skills: • 20+ years of IT and application development experience. • 10+ years as overall application architect knowledgeable of key IBM mainframe technologies including: MVS, CICS, IMS, specialty engines, IFLs, DB/2, VSAM.
