About the role
Role: Mainframe Developer Location: 100%remote Duration: 6+Months Required Skills COBOL, Jcl, DB2, CICS and MQSeries. Basic Qualifications COBOL, Jcl, DB2, CICS and MQSeries. Job Description Desired Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience with application development and the system development life cycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of SDLC concepts and software development • Hands on programming and software development experience with at least 6 years working in an IBM mainframe environment using the following technologies: Cobol, Jcl, DB2,CICS and MQSeries. • Knowledge of Oracle and a scripting language (Tcl, Python or Perl) or Java is a plus. • Prior professional services & customer facing experience a plus • Must be customer focused and have the ability to manage and resolve solutions to complex technical issues • Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation and • interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work independently toward stated business goals Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Sr Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
