Role: Mainframe Developer Duration:6+Months Location: Pittsburgh or NY METRO AREA/NJ Vendor/Client: Apex/BNY Mellon Rate: $55/hr on W2 Interview: One and done interviews Needs are: • COBOL • VSAM MQ • DB2 • NO BATCH PROCESS- NEED REAL-TIME MAINFRAME EXPERIENCE • KICKS Nice to Haves: • Microservices-java • Webservices • Experience in Agile Job Description: • Marks team. • Settlements area. Primarily • Real-time settlement. Migrating from vsam to db2. Cross over environments • Not team leads or management, need good communication though. Communicate within the team. As they start working towards agile. • Automated testing • People who worked d • Batch based, need real-time mainframe applications- he doesn’t want batch-based • He needs people that will get challenges for him, he needs the next manager layer.
