About the role
Manual Tester Remote Overview Responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans for diverse software projects within the organization. Responsible for delivering accurate, defect-free software through the software development lifecycle. Analyze new software as well as changes to existing applications. Uses knowledge of business rules, user needs, and system architecture to assist business owners and developers in project design and planning. Responsibilities: Executes the scoping, planning, and scheduling of testing activities Develops and documents manual test scripts to effectively test new and existing applications Creates detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test steps, and expected results for all functional requirements of the application under test Understands agile and the role of manual testing in sprints and scrum Liaises with business users, developers, and automation engineers to design and implement manual and automated test cases Leverages industry-leading testing technologies to promote effective and efficient testing methodologies. Ensures that QA tasks and duties are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and program requirements Requirements: Manual Testing SQL Banking Industry Experience Strong Communication Nice to Have: Mainframe experience Understanding of APIs
