Only on W2 Role : Master Data Management Specialist Location: Remote – prefer someone local to DMV so they can travel onsite for quarterly meetings and planning (not required, but highly preferred) Length: Long Term Contract Main Skills Needed: MDM Process and Best Practices High Level Data Architecture Knowledge Salesforce Environnent Experience – multi-instance (B2B/B2C) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Salesforce Assimilation Large Data Set Exposure (100k+) As a Master Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and governance of our B2B/B2C Salesforce Instance, which houses hierarchical institutional accounts. The complexity of the hierarchy, varying levels of granularity, and unique attributes present challenges that require a dedicated resource to implement centralized governance, processes, and cleanup. This role will address data quality issues, duplicates, and extend the data model within Salesforce to meet evolving institutional needs. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to understand their unique needs within the hierarchical account structure. 2. Enforce centralized governance by implementing checks, controls, and processes to ensure clean data creation. 3. Utilize the existing data cleanup/deduplication tool and extend its capabilities to address unresolved duplicates outside defined parameters. 4. Work closely with the B2B and B2C Salesforce Instance as well as other Databases to identify and resolve data quality issues through recurring cleanup processes. 5. Implement a proactive approach to data management, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they impact data quality. 6. Extend the data model within Salesforce and other Databases to accommodate evolving institutional requirements and use cases. 7. Serve as the dedicated resource representing the environment, ensuring a focus on the success and quality of data. 8. Establish and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for data-related concerns. 9. Collaborate with Definitive Healthcare to enhance and standardize the list of partners, aligning with institutional requirements. 10. Drive the success by being accountable for continued data quality, governance, and process adherence. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in data management within Salesforce environments. 2. Strong understanding of hierarchical data structures and varying levels of granularity. 3. Familiarity with data cleanup and deduplication tools, preferably Validity. 4. Knowledge of B2B and B2C relationship management and governance structures. 5. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with institutional stakeholders to understand their unique needs. 7. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address data quality issues. 8. Experience extending data models within databases to accommodate evolving requirements. 9. Previous experience in a centralized governance role for large data environments is a plus. 10.
