About the role
Role: MDM Business Systems Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote Required Skills: Business Systems Analyst with an understanding of Tibco EBX and Master Data Management (MDM) as a whole. Job Descripition: Job Description : Job duties Work collaboratively with Data Governance team, Business partners & IT teams to analyze and solve master data issues and provide support for efficient daily operations Engage with stakeholders to define master data matching and survivorship rules across the enterprise Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, and identify improvement opportunities; research, test, evaluate and recommend procedures to meet changing business needs Create and maintain operating procedures and other documentation for process design, business requirements, technical requirements, etc. Provide subject matter expertise to business & other IT teams on Master Data Management (MDM) processes and concepts Partner with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data acquisition and distribution interfaces Essential skills Minimum 5 years’ experience as an MDM business systems Analyst, preferably in the retail industry Working knowledge of industry best practices for MDM solutions (such as Informatica, Tibco EBX, Profisee, etc.) Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture concepts Strong business acumen and business analyst experience to translate business goals into technical requirements Strong knowledge of end-to-end Master Data Management practices Strong knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle across traditional data warehouses, relational and star-schema databases, business intelligence reporting and analytics is preferred Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality work Strong communication skills: oral and written, with ability to translate complex data or technical concepts to business teams and senior management Thanks & Regards, Manoj - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
