MDM ENGINEER

ROLE: MDM ENGINEER

LOCATION: REMOTE DURATION: 18+ MONTHS NOTE: ONLY W2

Required Skills : Profisee MDM Engineer • Technical Lead – they will be helping engineers learn what they are supposed to be developing but be hands on himself • Looking for: o Profisee MDM a MUST, Microsoft Stack – Visual studio, .Net, etc o Master Data Management – use a solution called Profisee (it’s like a hub) o Background in MDM o Need strong hands on development skills o Using Profisee as a “broker” between systems o Building it out for Product Data as well

• Would be working in a Lead capacity at some times
• Strong background working with Microsoft Stack / Visual Studio
• Would be reporting to / working with a Data Architect and the Manager (Dave) o Also working with Product Owners and other Engineers
• DevOps experience of some sort highly preferred (Azure DevOps) o As a company they are fairly youthful in terms of DevOps but this group is fairly experience in that area
• C# .Net a nice to have

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities: Designs, codes and tests new Profisee master data management platform components, including supporting applications and interfaces Supports cross-functional development activity in conjunction with other integration technology resources Develops and tests infrastructure components in Cloud and Edge-level environments Proactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies Manages the DevOps pipeline deployment model Enables automated testing procedures Implements software in all environments Leverages containerization models and works with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture current Assists in the support and enhancement of applications Writes high-quality code compliant with regulations Collaborates with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field Experience with Profisee master data management platform Experience with Microsoft .NET/C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and DevOps Experience with data integrations leveraging API & ETL tools (MuleSoft, SAP Data Services, Microsoft Azure Data Factory) Experience with scheduling tools (BMC Control-M, Microsoft Task Scheduler) Experience with build and deployment automation using CI/CD (Azure DevOps) Experience in systems development lifecycle Experience in Analytical concepts and implementations Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation Experience with server-side architectures and containerization Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with business concepts and data story telling Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Ability to lead and organize work of other development team members Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
