About the role
Role:Mid Level Cloud Native Developer
Location:Hyattsville, MD (2x week onsite) Duration:6mth temp to perm
Must Haves: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Responsibilities
Five (5) years of overall experience performing web development – C#/Java and Angular/React 5+ years of Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) and/or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experienced in cloud-native development and principles Experienced in containerization and orchestration tools for consistent and easy deployments Experienced in Infrastructure as Code tools for building reliable and repeatable environments Proficient in working with RDBMS and large data sets Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well Strong desire to learn, communicate, and share knowledge with others Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience in any of the following technologies: C#/Java Angular/React Cloud Services (AWS or Azure) Amazon RDS/Amazon Aurora NoSQL/MongoDB/DynamoDB Elastic Stack/OpenSearch Docker/AWS Fargate Kubernetes/Amazon ECS
