.Net Developer

Required Skills : • Development experience to include C#.Net, VBScript, ASP.Net, and MVC. • Cloud (AWS or Azure) experience and understanding of concepts. • Understanding of Agile principles and concepts. • Understanding/experience with Solvency II reporting requirements and QRTs related to this. • Understanding/experience with IFRS 9 financial reporting requirements. Additional Skills : Job Description : Responsibilities: • Support of third-party developed software. • Maintenance of existing code, and development of new code. • System enhancements, and front-end application support within a structured distributed environment. • Vendor interaction and management. • Work within an agile environment. • Work in Cloud environment (Azure) • Daily activities include: proficiency with programming, analysis, system design, prioritize workload, life cycle development. Must be able to think and perform in a global support structure. Qualifications: • At least 8 years of experience in systems analysis, system development, and database design. • Strong database SQL Server skills with the ability to write and understand complex SQL statements. • Strong skill set working with ETL tools, workflow tools and general report writing. • Be able to work on both windows and Linux platforms. • Development experience to include C#.Net, VBScript, ASP.Net, and MVC. • Cloud (AWS or Azure) experience and understanding of concepts. • Understanding of Agile principles and concepts. • Understanding/experience with Solvency II reporting requirements and QRTs related to this. • Understanding/experience with IFRS 9 financial reporting requirements. • Power BI experience. • Can use problem-solving and analytical skills to plan, design, implement, upgrade and support complex application systems. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and navigate complex situations. • Self-starter with the ability to drive results independently and through cross-functional virtual teams. Working knowledge of desktop tools such as Word, Excel, and project management tools is expected.
