About the role
Role- .Net WPF Desktop Developer Duration- 3 month Contract-to-hire Location- Charlotte, NC (This is fully onsite role – 5 Days a week) Top Requirements: C# Multithreading Asynchronous programming Desktop development exp (WPF or Windows for application) This should be an accent, does not have to be heavy desktop, but just have exposure Exposure to various integrations (server signaling, Kafka, web socket, to name a few) Nice to Haves Telecommunications environment experience Avaya DMCC Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: AppBar serves as bridge between IVR and the desktop, so when a call comes in and is transferred to agent, AppBar is the recipient that shows an incoming call. The QMS portion records the interactions from a desktop perspective. The team has ongoing feature development and technical debt (clean up) and there may be some maintenance that is mixed in. From manager: We are a very fast-paced environment and we are onsite. This candidate should understand that we are a high pressure environment - on demand and our requirements often come in "half baked" and we are able to turn this into a solution very quickly. Our app is so critical that if we don’t fix a problem, the company does not get paid.
