About the role
Role: .Net Developer
Duration: 12 months Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL (3 days’ hybrid on-site required) Visa: W2 role Rate: $60/hr on w2
Job Description: Looking for a Senior .Net Developer who will help supporting .Net applications (legacy) and the migration of these applications to Java based Spring Boot applications. This person will work with the .Net code and help with keeping the application running (on .Net code) while the migration takes place.
Skills Requirements
Bachelors Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field of study. 7-10+ years of professional software development experience within the .NET framework (C# including object-oriented design). 5+ years of ASP.Net MVC framework. 2+ years of ASP.Net Core and Microservices application development experience. Advanced experience with C#/.NET, HTML-5, JavaScript/TypeScript, XML, JSON & RESTful Web Services. Advanced experience within the .NET framework, Including Visual Studio, SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and REST Strong technical ability with SQL (SQL Server and/or Oracle) and .NET Entity Framework. Deep understanding of computer science and data analysis concepts. Experience with GIT source control, presentation tools, and office software. Experience with Java development or Java coding would be a major bonus.
