.Net Developer

Position: .Net developer Location: Delaware/Hopewell, NJ but remote during covid Interview process: 2 phone interviews to hire Status: anything that can work on our w-2. Contract: 12-18 months, Must have: 5 years’ experience, .net, SOAP/REST web services, C#, SQL and either javascript or jquery knowledge. Project Scope (Messaging Strategy): Primarily their group is Wealth Mgmt. W/in WM they have numerous groups for planning / strategy for enrollment of accounts, billing and overall management. This project is mainly around enrollment to help financial advisers to push the user to an advisory group. They will work end to end with the workflow. Providing client information to advisory is the main transformation as well as communicating the overall strategy to the advisors. Lastly, expanding BoA / ML and consolidating them to offer the same thing to both clients. Enrollment (UI tech & Backend) Workflow Client Communication Application Overview / Tech Stack: .NetC# / .Net MVC / Angular (they are 8+) / JQuery / HTML / REST API conversions – microservices – threading – caching / ADO.NET – backend is mainframe (DB2) – we can look for other databases but candidates aren’t working as heavily with the database later / Bitbucket / Ansible / Unit Test OK LOOKING AT OTHER JS FRAMEWORKS LIKE REACT / VUE / EMBER Individual Duties: 70% backend and 30% frontend – Operate individually Team Size, Breakdown & Stakeholders: 8-10 Engineers Development Methodology: Agile – AmeriQC for some bug tracking but Jira day to day Interview Process / Evaluation during an IV: Phone (half hour) / In-Person (zoom or WebEx) ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Top 3-5 Requirements: .NetC# - looking primarily for threading / microservices / caching ADO.NET JavaScript / JQuery / HTML Thanks & Regards Syam B, 630-923-6952 syam@thoughtwavesoft.com
