Job Description
Our TEKsystems’ client is the global distribution leader in outdoor supplies. They have over 300 branches throughout the US and additional sites all over the world (Spain, France, UK, Germany, Mexico, etc.). To maintain the global leader status in their industry, they are always advancing their technology stack/user experience/marketing/etc.
Our client is currently looking for a .Net developer who has experience with Xamarin. They have built an app in Blue Streak and once the field gets a hold of it the execs think it will boom. They want two people up to speed in their environment to specifically handle all the features coming from the sales folks. Maintenance, any troubleshooting, upgrades, etc. The Blue Streak app has geo fencing that our current contractor is working on so contractors get alerted about conferences/sales/meet-ups within the industry. The users are mainly contractors but also internal employees. The app also pushes out promotions, notifications, etc. The app exists (in Beta stage) but they are wanting to continue to build on it and add plug ins
