About the role
Title: Network Engineer Location: Bethpage, NY (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract: W2 & C2C Visa: USA, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Job Description Configure network routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls. Troubleshoot/Diagnose/Resolve network connectivity issues. Apply best practices and performing code upgrades. Work directly with customer to gather requirements and resolve network connectivity issues. Document network changes. Provide on-site support as needed. Good understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP. This is used daily to implement project, and troubleshoot/resolve network issues Hands on experience required Cisco Equipment VXLAN/EVPN Python Scripting Linux/Windows Servers VMWare BS Computer Science or relevant network certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
