Role: Network engineer
Location: St Paul (MN) Duration: 12months
Must Have: • SAN/NAS environments • Storage and backup solutions
Job Description The Storage Engineer will be involved in daily monitoring, auditing, consultation with other departments to analyze and resolve issues. They will install, configure, upgrade, and support SAN and NAS environments. As a member of the storage and backup team additional duties will include support of the enterprise backup system. Responsible for end-to-end delivery and operation of Storage and Backup solutions Resolve customer-reported issues while working closely with other multi-functional teams Troubleshooting latency and connectivity issues Plan and prepare storage migrations, capacity reviews, and provide performance analysis Provides 24x7x365 on-call support, weekends and/or holidays, as necessary
