What You’ll Do
Build and enhance dashboards based on business needs. Monitor and maintain system stability across environments. Analyze logs, traces, and metrics; resolve production issues. Implement and manage OpenTelemetry pipelines (collectors, receivers, processors, exporters). Provide on‑call support on a rotating basis. Manage IT projects, documentation, and process improvements. Handle ticket queues and coordinate tasks with cross‑functional teams. Implement changes with proper testing, validation, and planning. Ensure compliance with IT and security policies. Design new data visibility solutions based on business requirements.
