OnBase Consultant, 100% Remote

Title – OnBase Consultant Duration – 12+ months Project will be Fully REMOTE – East Coast or Central Time Zone (as long as they are willing to work Central Time Zone) Interviews – 2 rounds (1 phone screening, followed by a video round early next week) , Hiring Manager Call notes: Trying to build out a team of developers for OnBase. - Looking to be able to expand functionality of their Onbase – ECM Someone who can come into meetings with Manager - Be able to weigh in on these type of conversations - Jump on technical calls – expert guidance on what can and can’t be done, estimates on how long it would take. - Meet with users to gather requirements, then go develop - They need to be Highland Certified o OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator o OnBase Certified API Developer § Workflow API (for workflows) o Cert needs to be active o OnBase Certified System Administrator - Would want them to have these 3 Certs (but any one certification is required, If they are willing to recertify they can be looked at. Get cert before you start) Highland – Develops Onbase Software and does the certifications (there is an upfront cost and a renewal cost) Onbase - They are using it as a tool to upload official records – massive electronic filing cabinet - They want to dive deeper and have more functionality - If using another system/app – they want to be able to click a button and it automatically uploads into OnBase - Any experience retiring an old App and moving to OnBase that would be helpful Would like to see candidates who have worked with OnBase in a variety of different clients.
