Title : Oracle DBA. Location: McLean, VA (Remote until further notice) Duration: Long Term Visa : GC, USC and GC EAD Exp :8 Years Additionally following key skills required while filtering profiles • Should have basic knowledge about the below mentioned automation tools. o Ansible scripting. General Experience • Combined 8+ years or more of IT infrastructure operations management. • Motivated to build a career in managing projects in Business Process Automation, orchestration, integration of ecosystem tools in Infrastructure management systems. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal • Strong ability to manage ambiguity effectively and generate results in a matrixed leadership structure • Strong team building and negotiating capabilities • Ability to operate in regulated business environments that leverage global delivery across multiple IT suppliers • Knowledge on Infrastructure management systems and operational support. DBA Experience : • Experience of working in an Automation team that delivers a high availability service. • Experience in Customer handling and good communication Skill. • Excellent working experience in Oracle 10g/11g and Oracle 12c in windows, Linux, Unix environments. • Expertise in Oracle database design, installation, configurations in windows, Linux, Unix environments. • Experience in database upgrades, patching, migrations in windows, Linux, Unix environments. • Good experience in Backup & Recovery using RMAN and Data pump. • Experience in Database related day-to-day Activities. • Experience in Database refreshes and cloning. • Experience in Data guard configuration and Administration. • Experience in Oracle RAC administration & Configuration.
