About the role
Role: Lead Oracle Engineer
Location: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite) Charlotte, Dallas, Phoenix, Minneapolis Length: 18 months
Job Description
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that heavily utilize Oracle technologies. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Leading the design and implementation of Oracle-based applications and systems. 2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3. Developing efficient and scalable code using Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and related technologies. 4. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. 5. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle database performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Extensive experience with Oracle database technologies, including PL/SQL and SQL. 2. Proven track record of designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions. 3. Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques. 4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members. 5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. 2. Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Azure. 3.
