Role: OBIEE/FAW Consultant
Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Visa: w2 role Rate: $90/hr on w2
Project – They have put together OIC and are using BIP/OBIEE for reporting. Integrating FAW and need someone that has experience with this and can help.
MUST HAVE BI Publisher / OBIEE FAW – MUST HAVE – FUSION ANALYTICS WAREHOUSE ODI – We don’t need an ODI developer but understand and can complete the work. HCM EXPERIENCE Excellent Communication skills.
The Domain Applications Unit, within the AREA division, is looking for a Technical Specialist I to join the Administrative Business Systems section. This position will be focused on supporting the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) application within Oracle as an FAW technical administrator/Oracle DBA.
This role will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: Coordination, development, and support for FAW integrations Advanced reporting and data work Vendor coordination with Oracle as needed Partnering with reporting and analytics stakeholders across Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain business areas Partnering with Harwick Project consulting partner for onboarding and knowledge transfer Key qualities and experiences that would be beneficial for this role include: Experience with relational (SQL) databases Strong grasp of analytics, and core data warehouse concepts and design paradigms Solid understanding of Oracle’s analytics offerings including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), or any other Oracle ERP projects Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion modules, in particular Finance and Human Resources domains Desire and ability to work in a collaborative team environment and train quickly on new technologies Strong proactive written and verbal communication skills Light project management skills with ability to lead small projects Ability to partner with greater IT areas within the organization to complete technical solutions (security, architecture, etc.)
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience, OR, Associate's degree and 7 years' experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience.
Additional Qualifications: Applies effective system design principles and software development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex assigned tasks/projects. Evidence of strong communication, meeting management, and organizational skills and ability to adjust the message as appropriate to the audiences of varying technical capabilities. Evidence of project management skills. Possesses an objective and positive attitude with all tasks and projects. Possesses a high level of project and deliverable consistency through demonstrated repeatable and reliable performance. Evidence of ability to take initiative and proactive on starting tasks and assignments and ability to work independently. Experience working in healthcare technology. Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications. Master’s degree in applicable field preferred.
