About the role
Role: Oracle HCM functional Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract to HIRE Location: 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC Visa: Must work on w2 Rate: $55/hr on w2
Top Requirements: Oracle Cloud HCM (specifically, Core HR), 3+ years preferred Oracle Recruiting module is not applicable Analytical skills Reporting experience of any kind (writing) SQL (manipulate) UAT and validation testing
Plusses: Oracle Talent OTBI reporting Experience implementing Oracle
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role is within the HR technology group for a large client in Charlotte. The group is spearheading the implementation of Oracle HCM from PeopleSoft (legacy system). An SI partner is involved to help with the technical aspect of this implementation, but the team is looking to bring this knowledge in house. This team handles all Core HR functionality as related to employee self-service, manager self-service, HR business partner support tools and HR help desk. This person will be responsible for supporting, leading and managing HR technology support projects which includes creating functional documentation, testing, reporting. This will include providing support to developers through gathering requirements and maintenance applications. The Oracle implementation will go live in October.
