About the role
Role: Oracle HCM Developer
Duration: 7+ months Location: Remote- but needs to come on-site for the first week Rate: $60/hr. on w2
Top Requirements: 10+ years of Oracle development experience Payroll processing in Oracle HCM Configuration, payroll process flow, taxes and cost HDL loaders or HSDL loaders Education on how to use Oracle HCM
Nice to Haves: OIC Oracle FAW
Day to Day Responsibilities: This client began an HCM implementation several months ago and utilizes an SI partner to help with this project. The new product is Oracle and the team is looking to bring Oracle knowledge in house. This role is payroll specific, so ideal candidates will have Oracle HCM payroll knowledge. Ability and willingness to educate are important as this role has been created in part to facilitate knowledge transfer to the team. This person will be hands on, doing the development work to help the project stay on budget. Tasks will be varied and may involve specifics pieces outside of the SI partner’s contract.
