Pega Business Analyst

Work location: Hyderabad Onsite travel to Vietnam initially for 3 months. Occasional travel later. Immediate joiners (2 week notice) Job description: BAs (5+ years exp).

• Proficient in preparing the BRD, FRD and interacting with all stakeholders • Proficient with MS Office tools viz., Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Working experience with tools like JIRA • Proficient in Defining requirements as Epics, Use cases, features and user stories. • Identifies work flow and business process requirements and related solutions over a complete business process • Proficient in Agile methodology • Conducts scrum meetings in the absence of scrum master • Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for multiple processes within multiple functions. • Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise. • Working on any Pega BPM related applications is highly desired • Any Pega technical related certification (CSA/CSSA) or CPBA is highly desired

Preferred skills:

1. Worked on a Project for Responsive Web Application with transaction management and dynamic Content.
2. Worked on a Mobile app that connects to server and generates dynamic content for the user.
3. Understand REST APIs
4. Familiar with tools such as POSTMAN. Notice period: 0 to 15 days
