About the role
Role: Pega developer
Remote Required Skills : - Core Pega Experience, not RPA (Pega Robitics Process) - Minimum 3yrs of experience with Core Pega with certifications Req Qualification Notes: Reason Open: X2 SURGE Teams – contract modification on USDA FPAC (Farms Production and Conservation) Agile Release Train. This role is an extension of that surge. Project Scope: Pega App Developer role heavily focused on coding of legacy applications within Agile Scrum Teams. USDA + TSPi (FPAC) overview below. Must have skills/certs/technologies:
Ideally a 6+ year PEGA Developer PEGA Version 8.6, C#, SQL, Jira, Agile, Java 7+ available PEGA Certifications – candidates should ideally have the below Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Systems Architect (CSA), etc. Role is coding centric Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience (Degree not technically required). Team Culture/Size/Soft Skills needed:
Scrum Teams of 10 total, 4 Pega Developers per team (other staff include BA, QA, DBA, etc.) TSPi takes care of their personnel well, and prioritizes long term growth + career trajectory
