About the role
Role- PEGA Developers Duration- 6 Months Location- Remote Required Skills : Pegasystems A REQ: (IV Times and Direct Contact) Req Qualification Notes: Reason Open: X2 SURGE Teams – contract modification on USDA FPAC (Farms Production and Conservation) Agile Release Train. Project Scope: Pega App Developer role heavily focused on coding of legacy applications within Agile Scrum Teams. USDA + TSPi (FPAC) overview below. Must have skills/certs/technologies: Ideally a 3 - 7 year PEGA Developer PEGA Version 8.6, C#, SQL, Jira, Agile, Java 7+ available PEGA Certifications – candidates should ideally have at least a few. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Pega Business Architect, CSA, etc. Role is coding centric Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience (Degree not technically required). Team Culture/Size/Soft Skills needed: Scrum Teams of 10 total, 4 Pega Developers per team (other staff include BA, QA, DBA, etc.) TSPi takes care of their personnel well, and prioritizes long term growth + career trajectory Team: Growth centric team, and they are aggressively going after new work (recession resistant). Near term work is largely legacy applications across several areas within FPAC, but the role will allow for new dev work for meaningful gov contracts (USDA, DOD, DOJ, etc.) USDA + TSPi Overview: This BPA (known as “Elm”) supports FPAC Information Solutions Division’s (ISD) Conservation Branch and all conservation business owners they serve to deliver efficient and effective systems, applications, and software for FPAC to generate, manage, and share data, technology, and standards that enable partners and policymakers to make decisions informed by objective and reliable science. The scope of this effort includes the following information technology (IT) support services: development, modernization, enhancements, and maintenance of information systems, software applications, web services, and databases. IT support services directly or indirectly support: conservation planning, conservation financial assistance, conservation practice standards, conservation practices design and implementation, providing information and tools to internal and external users, monitoring and reporting outcomes of conservation implementation, natural resource data collection and delivery, and emergency watershed protection. -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Tejash - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
