Job Title: Pentaho Developer Location: Remote to start then jersey city,NJ Skills: • Heads down pentaho developer • Required Tools/Technologies: pentaho, sql, etl, data integration • Preferred Tools/Technologies: AWS Job Description: 1. Should have strong knowledge in Pentaho Data Integration Tool ((Version 5, 6)? 2. Exposure to various Steps & Transformations in Pentaho. 3. Hands on day to day ETL and SQL programming experience. 4. Perform tests and validate all data flows and prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements 5. Adhere to development methodologies, standards, naming conventions and best practices 6. Prepare project related documentation during the different stages of the project as required 7. Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues 8. Ensure configuration management, Code Migration, versioning and release management (Atlassian, GIT) 9. Collaborate with others developers 10. Nice to have experience in Cloud Computing & Shell scripting.
