Project Overview: The resource will support multiple projects. The projects will range from payroll, time and labor projects, configuration, and year end engagements.

Duties: • Serve as a functional consultant to augment PeopleSoft Functional Application Team. • Will evaluate HR business requirements, research and evaluate options, estimate units of work, recommend alternative solutions with impact analysis and prioritize deliverables. • Will work with HR business SMEs to translate these into system requirements, as well as create and execute test and implementation plans. • Will work closely with system developers on technical design considerations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years PeopleSoft HCM functional analysis or consulting experience including expertise in NA payroll and complex time & labor configuration and trouble shooting. • Experience working in an HRIS environment • Strong oral and written communications skills are essential. • Ability to document complex functional requirements for end users and technical use • Ability to work individually under conditions of varying uncertainty as well as part of a team. • Ability to work well with business subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver work on time according to project schedule. • In depth knowledge of day to day operations in an HRIS environment. • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM HR, payroll, and time and labor modules required. • Knowledge of system capabilities, usually acquired through formal training or experience, is required to assess automation possibilities. • Advanced analytical skills are required to evaluate effectiveness of processes, analyze impacts and make recommendations. • Project Management skills are required • Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to consult with business partners and implement changes. • Organizational skills are required to develop and monitor project plans as well as organize time/juggle competing priorities effectively • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handling multiple assignments simultaneously is essential • Experience working with ServiceNow
