About the role
Role: Performance Test Engineer Location: 100%Remote Duration: 6+Contract Project Scope: All web, UI and API (80%) testing for Web Apps. The web apps in use are the sites that Commercial / Small Businesses elect insurance. APIs – JavaScript/Node UI – Angular Team Size & Breakdown: There is one person 50% dedicated, this person would be 100% Development Methodology: Agile – 2 week sprints + monthly releases High-Level Individual Duties: • Performance / Load / Stress Testing o Developing Test Cases o Environment Set-Ups o Reporting o Execution of test bases o Requirements traceability ? Using Jira / Confluence for documentation Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • Java/Groovy • JMeter • DevOps – CI/CD (coordinate and work directly with the DevOps) • Cloud skills (AWS preferred) • Data Analytics (DataDog OR CloudWatch) • Jira OR Confluence Nice-to-Haves: • JavaScript • AWS • Automation o Selenium for UI o Karate and Postman for API testing Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
