Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): Leadership skills & Communication Experience with JMeter scripting: >= 2 years Experience with creating Performance Testing Plans: >= 3 years Experience interpreting Performance Testing results: >= 2 years

Responsibilities/Duties: • Test Framework / Methodology Design • Development of Test Plans & Strategies • Mentor/Lead other Perf Testers • Performance : Load / Bound / Stress - Experience with creating performing testing plans - Experience with interpreting performance testing results - Experience with scripting.
