About the role
Role:Power Bi Developer
Location:100% Remote – EST and CST Duration:6+ months Contract to Hire
Must have: *PowerBI – Reporting and dashboard develop *Build reports, deploy reports onto server, etc. *Excel *SQL – Complex queries *Data analysis
Responsibilities

Data analysis – Communicate with stakeholders Heavier in this to start, but will be 50/50 data analysis/PowerBI Dev Metric development PowerBI dashboard development Figure out where new data set is at No reporting in Salesforce

Tools/Must haves: Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel, maybe Alteryx, Salesforce

How will performance be measured? We measure on-time delivery, quality, and utilization (how many hours worked vs. scheduled). We work in an Agile methodology that is built on daily updates of progress and issues/risks.

What skills/attributes are a must have? Must have familiarity with data manipulation (SQL/ or other relational databases) and building reports (Power BI, Excel minimum).

Preferred skills: Previous experience with Power BI, SQL/Databricks, Healthcare operations reporting
