About the role
Role: Sr. Power BI Developer
Duration: 6 months Location: HYBRID 3 days in PITTSBURGH, PA OR LOS ANGELES, CA Visa: W2 role Rate: $50/hr on w2
Required Skills: -Data Analytics -MS SQL Development -Microsoft Azure Data Analytics Space -Power BI reporting.
Description: Looking for experienced Data Analytics, MS SQL Development, and experience in the Microsoft Azure Data Analytics Space including Power BI reporting. Good candidates will have experience with building data models/sets, DAX, moderate SQL development (can build performant procedures, tables, queries, and debug code), experience in building Power BI reports, and can work within Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis services. Minimum experience is 2 - 3 years. There is a current Sr Data Analyst on the team who will mentor any candidates. Candidates will be active members of project teams and will need to be capable of working with key non-technical stakeholders to build report requirements and test plans. Our client does favor the Microsoft platforms for DA so Azure, Power BI, MS SQL tools as well as the use of Azure DevOps for work management and GIT source code repositories, candidate familiarity with these tools will be a plus as this presents less ramp up time
