About the role
Role: Azure Power BI Developer Vendor/Client: Apex/BP Duration: 6+Months Location: 100% remote C2C Works Qualifying questions for candidates (they need to have these): • AAS experience? (Azure Analysis Services) • Power BI Premium? • Visual Studio? • Are they only doing front end work? If so, won’t work. Need notes on their involvement on back-end • SAP (have they pulled data from SAP? This is a nice to have) Required Skills: • Expert in DAX & TSQL programming. • Strong experience in SQL development • Strong experience with AAS • Strong experience in semantic modeling • Strong experience with Visual Studio • Strong experience with PowerBI Premium • Experience working with large enterprise size datasets (example: current environment has over 15 million records per hour) • Provide support to new or existing applications while recommending best practices and leading projects to implement new functionality. • Expert in identifying/creating key mapping fields in source data and creating data model with in PowerBI. • Convert all the many to many relationships in the PowerBI model to more normalized structure. • Expert in DAX & TSQL programming. • Good Knowledge on Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, and other Azure-related services Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
