About the role

Job Description: • As an advanced data analyst, you bridge the gap between the needs of the business and our technical teams. • You are responsible for gathering the reporting requirement, design, developing and implementing the reporting solutions. • You are a seasoned professional who works closely different stakeholders determine the delivery expectations and the focused items on the data roadmap. • You are successful when you provide the different stakeholders with actionable insights to reach the global targets. You will make an impact by: • Gathering data from different data sources, analyze and rationalize the data elements • Continuously build, adjust and maintain the backlog with identified optimizations • Ensure a stable operating product so that business value can always be delivered • Deliver all reports and analysis on the roadmap within time, budget and quality constraints • Fed ideas into the roadmap for innovation and development of the products in close collaboration with business owners • Coordinate regularly about business needs and thereby maximize satisfaction levels on the deliverables • Develop and create the data architecture for GSO I&SD • Further develop, maintain the GSO I&SD data warehouse, which supports reporting process • Monitor data warehouse and troubleshoot issues data warehouse & reports Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge • 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar role(s), data and business analytics, reporting, warehouse development, data science • Medior-level experience with Azure, Microsoft PowerBI, DAX, SQL (Must Have) • Medior-level experience with Microsoft PowerApps, and Python (Nice to have) • Excellent understanding of how (big) data technologies are applied within businesses • Balanced functional/business IT background • Experience with SCRUM, Kanban or other Agile methodology • Experienced in working with IT Service Toolsets such as ServiceNow is a pre • Comfortable with working in multi-vendor, internationally dispersed environment • Excellent communication skills
