About the role
Role : Power BI Engineer
Location: Remote Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract: W2 Project Summary: HeartBeat is the product in focus. It is an Operational/Analytical data platform started as a data mining system but evolved into analytical reporting. HeartBeat is currently not able to scale full datasets and Optum is limited to processing smaller subsets of data. Even with the limited dataset, analysts are experiencing performance issues including outages and random glitches. Current design does not create for properly compressed/curated dataset for the PowerBI consumption layer; currently it takes 8+ hours to process data through Databricks and PowerBI to make it available for HeartBeat reports.
