About the role
Role:Power BI Report developer Location:Initially REMOTE,must work on-site in Bothell,98021,WA Duration:6 months contract Must Haves: PowerBI Power BI Dashboarding/Reporting 6+ years of experience DAX SQL Clinical/Pharmaceutical industry experience Job Descrpition: Working with functional teams, you will work on development of reports and dashboards to meet business needs Assist with analyses of functional business processes and requirements and participate in the development of business cases in the support of process changes and/or projects Responsible for creation and support of department level reports and dashboards Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members Help business users for generation of ad-hoc reports Must be able to perform duties with moderate supervision and respond to direction Ability to manage priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities Aid in on-boarding team members, with regards to internal team processes and documentation Minimum of 3 years of report development required At least 2 years of experience in biotechnology / pharmaceutical environment or similar industry is nice to have Must have Power BI experience Must have experience working with Clinical Data Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team environment with both technical and business members Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple functional areas and explain technical information in a simplified manner to support user training and overall compliance Attention to detail in issue resolution, demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues proactively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrable proficiency with basic Power BI skills and / or similar visualization tools Familiarity with scrum principals and Kanban Strong ability for self-guided research and learning Strong self-drive and willingness to see projects thru Conceptual understanding of the design and construction of data models in the Power BI platform Preferred Programming / scripting experience Knowledge of software development life cycle is required Thanks & Regards, PremTarun P IT-Recruiter Staffing | Thoughtwave Software and Solutions Desk: 6306182581 | Email:tarun@wavsols.com
