About the role
Title: PowerBI Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: Full Time REQUIREMENTS: * Must have Power BI experience - 2-3 years minimum experience * Resource will work closely with our IT and business teams to create executive level dashboards; partner with IT and business leads on defining dashboard requirements; work with the business owner to understand functional requirements and key measures; review existing dashboards, provide recommendations on consolidating, ensure alignment across the Leadership Team; develop and execute roadmap for dashboard development Document and analyze requirements from the business leads, Meals & Beverage IT partners, and Data & Analytics team; resource needs enough knowledge of how Power BI works to provide insights and best practices on how to unlock value in the system. * Some examples: use Power BI to effectively display key performance measures, create a dashboard where users can drill deeper into the data as per their role; proactively provide recommendations on Power BI UX features that better illustrate a KPI; Share knowledge on advanced Power BI features that would benefit the user experience * Required skills: One to three years of experience with Power BI development; Experience with Power BI configurations, process design, Agile methodology; Experience providing insights and recommendations to IT and Business partners on Power BI features, creating executive level dashboards, assessing existing dashboards and recommending consolidation strategy; Experience with Snowflake / Power BI nice to have; Strong presentation and communication skills
