About the role
Role: Principal AWS Data Engineer
Duration: 12 months contract Location: Need candidates from these locations, , if they are not local to Boston, Durham, NC, or Westlake, TX, they need to be open to traveling to Durham, NC for 1 full week out of the month (travel can be expensed). Visa: Musrt work on w2 Rate: $75/hr on w2
Project: Part of cloud acceleration team within FILI. RE-writing multiple applications from scratch in Python. Rewriting ETL jobs from Informatica on-prem to Spark and AWS native tooling AWS (Glue, Lambda, Kinesis).
Must Have: • AWS native Data Pipeline experience • AWS Glue • Spark (PySpark) • Python Scripting • Lambdas • Cloudformation
