Principal Data Engineer

Job Title: Principal Data Engineer Location: Remote Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 8 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development or package software implementations (i.e. building/maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS) Proven experience of ongoing education in regard to technology trends within software development and support Proven experience with multiple development and support methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall) Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Required Tech 5+ years of Python, SQL, and Java experience and 1+ year of GCP/Cloud experience as a developer. Note: Java is the biggest gap on the team right now and we’d like this person to be strong in Java.
