Job Description: This is a cross platform support project team before the Bank’s batch transformation project that’s been going on for a few years. Part of a horizontal team, managing project team across multiple LOBs (banking, consumer, consumer technology, finance, risk, markets, etc.) We manage the adoption of a SLA tracking and capture and monitoring set of applications. It’s fairly support focused, in the past with this role we’ve seen a lot of resume of people who are scrum masters or software dev PMs, that’s not really going to be a good fit. This is more of an Infrastructure role. Will not work directly with business users, instead will work directly with Tech teams who are support teams that own batch deliveries and are responsible for the batches’ SLAs. Need to help the team understand the platform, document SLAs, track them, etc. We also use the SLA data to track application stability Mostly Windows apps that are accessible via a front end. We do get into a little bit of SQL in the backend, so being able to write some basic queries is useful.
