Role:Python Developer

Location:REMOTE Duration:12 Months

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python Build and consume REST APIs using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI Ensure clean, maintainable, and standards‑compliant code (PEP 8, clean code principles) Implement API documentation and testing using tools like Swagger and Postman Work with relational databases to design schemas and write efficient queries Write and maintain unit and integration tests Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality backend solutions Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance and reliability issues Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures Experience following PEP 8 standards and clean code practices Hands‑on experience with Flask and/or FastAPI Experience building RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) Familiarity with Swagger and Postman for API documentation and testing

Database Skills Experience with PostgreSQL Working knowledge of Basic SQL concepts Testing Experience writing unit tests and pytest Familiarity with mocking data for testing scenarios DevOps & Tools Experience with GitHub Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) Basic experience with Docker
